One of the participants at the end of the class commented that everyone has watched you masterfully blend herbs and spices that some of us either don't have or have never heard of so can you please bottle it up and we will buy it! After plenty of trial and error to craft the perfect all purpose blend that was low in sodium SOUL was born in Chef Amelia's kitchen.
