Who doesn’t love chips with guacamole, salsa or queso! This collection was created to bring all of the wonderful complex flavors of Mexico with a side of Soul! Mexicali Blues add Souther Flare to many of our favorites with simple blend additions that are common in southern cuisine.
MEX SOUL combines our SOUL blend with chili powder, coriander, cumin and other traditional Mexican herbs and spices. Use this blend the next time you make tacos, burritos, black beans or your favorite salsa!
THE GUAC was design so that Chef Amelia could make guacamole and avocado toast as quickly as possible! Simply add to smashed avocado, onion, jalapeños and cilantro for an amazing guacamole.
POBLANO brings some of the flavor profile in the GUAC blend but brings a bit more heat that resonates from a poblano pepper. Use this in poblano sauce, salsa verde and our favorite cilantro rice!
SOUTHERN ADOBO has become on of the most popular blends in the entire collection. An all purpose blend like SOUL, it can be used on anything. The addition of all spice brings an Afro Latin/Caribbean flare to this blend and we love it in our rice and peas or pinto beans!
